Esther Hicks in her book, ‘The Law of
Attraction,’ says “That which is like unto
itself, is drawn.” What is
it that you would like to attract in your
life every day?
Here’s the important question, and the short cut
to attraction! What do you
do that brings you great joy?
For
me, one thing is writing these articles every
morning. I read motivating material, I think
about my own experiences in life, and go to
sleep at night with a ‘knowingness’ that I’ll
wake up in the morning inspired to pass these
messages on. When I write, I feel the positive
energy flowing through me, and it sets me up for
the day.
Think of things that
bring you great joy.
What
are your unique talents? Basically it’s anything
that makes time stop for you. When you do things
that bring you great joy, you forget about
what’s going on around you because you’re so
absorbed. Or, it’s something that’s like rolling
off a log for you. Or it’s something that gives
you a buzz, a feeling of euphoria. When you’re
in this state, you’re using your unique talents,
and your vibration level is high. When your
vibration level is high, you ATTRACT goodness
from the universe. Additionally, YOU IMPACT the
world in a positive way. The joy that you feel
affects others. It could be as simple as
something you say. Or something you think in the
new state could move you to an action you
wouldn’t normally contemplate.
For
you it will be entirely different. How do I know
that? The answer is simple. We were each born
with unique talents. These talent might have
been obvious when we were young, or maybe they
developed later in life.
In
‘Excuse me, You Life is Waiting,’ Lynn Grubhorn
advises this: “Do something fun. NOW! …the
moment you realize your mind is on the unwanted
condition, do something different – whatever
turns you on.” That, she says, will take your
focus off the unwanted condition and start the
flow of higher energy.
